After discovering how deeply yoga can support strength, resilience, and emotional healing, this space was created to make yoga accessible to everyone — especially busy women, parents, beginners, and anyone who has ever felt like traditional studios weren’t made for them.
Life in New Jersey is full, fast, and often overwhelming. Between work, family, commuting, and everyday responsibilities, getting to a studio isn’t always realistic. That’s why this online membership exists — to bring supportive, feel-good yoga directly into your home.
With Upside Down Mermaid, your mat can live in your living room, bedroom, office, or wherever you can carve out a few minutes for yourself.
